Project Description:
Unit 624 is an existing warehouse facility located in Northwest Business Park in Blanchardstown. The warehouse was acquired by the client for the purpose of renovation and inclusion of office amenities for potential clients, along with providing a sizable warehouse floor area.

The final total nettable area of the warehouse space measures approximately 8,500m2, with office space totalling approximately 500m2.

Ethos Input:
Ethos Engineering designed and oversaw the installation of mechanical and electrical services in both two-storey office blocks located internally within the Unit 624 facility, as well as the warehouse area itself. A variable refrigerant flow system combined with heat recovery units provided the newly built office block with a certain amount of design flexibility for the client, while the renovated existing office block received a 4-way cassette mechanical facelift. Both office blocks also received new water services systems, drainage, power, LED lighting and fire protection. Emergency lighting and fire alarm systems were upgraded throughout the warehouse and office areas which are all now integrated, respectively.
