City Block 3 is a residential development in the Dublin Docklands, being delivered for Kennedy Wilson. The development consists of 490 residential units being delivered with a basement containing 110 car parking spaces and 871 bike parking spaces, tenant amenities for the development, and a creche located in a client-owned building adjacent to the development. The development is currently being taken through the planning process to increase the number of units from 450 to 490.

Ethos Input

Ethos Engineering has been enlisted to provide full Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Physics consultancy services for this development for the client. We will also be involved in the on-site monitoring as the development is delivered to ensure that the standard achieved as part of the design will be implemented on-site.
