Located in a vibrant urban setting in Dublin, Coopers Cross Residential exemplifies sustainable and inclusive living. The development comprises 472 Build-to-Rent residential units, featuring a mix of 65 one-bed studios, 217 one-bed apartments, 188 two-bed apartments, 2 three-bed apartments, and 9 two-bed houses. Designed to enhance community engagement, the scheme includes tenant amenities, a café, and a crèche with an associated play area at Northbank House. The project also features extensive public open spaces, enhancing the vitality and accessibility of the public realm.

Our team ensured that the ambitious design standards were not only met but upheld throughout the project’s delivery, with rigorous on-site monitoring to guarantee the implementation of design principles at every stage. As the appointed BREEAM assessor, we drove the achievement of BREEAM Excellent certification, aligning the development with its high sustainability and wellness goals.

• This design prioritised permeability and connectivity, with dedicated pedestrian, cycling, and public transport access, supported by 96 car parking spaces, including 5 for disabled users, within a basement car park.
• Advanced energy efficiency modelling, precise thermal comfort analysis, and meticulously optimised systems design to deliver superior performance and occupant comfort.
