The development comprises 472 Build-to-Rent residential units, featuring a mix of 65 one-bed studios, 217 one-bed apartments, 188 two-bed apartments, 2 three-bed apartments, and 9 two-bed houses. Designed to enhance community engagement, the scheme includes tenant amenities, a café, and a crèche with an associated play area at Northbank House. The project also features extensive public open spaces, enhancing the vitality and accessibility of the public realm.

• This design prioritised permeability and connectivity, with dedicated pedestrian, cycling, and public transport access, supported by 96 car parking spaces, including 5 for disabled users, within a basement car park.
