Project Description
The new 8 storey Velasco building, constructed on the site of the old Kestrel House office block next to Grand Canal in Dublin 2 was leased to Google in 2017 as office space to complement their existing buildings in the area. The building consists of 6,150m² of Cat A commercial office space, which was to be adapted to suit Google’s Cat B functional requirements.
Ethos Input
Ethos were engaged by Google in 2017 to deliver the Cat B fit out for their new office space. The fit out includes new catering kitchen, dining spaces, gym, barista café, and flexible office spaces. The successful delivery of this fast-paced project required continuous dialogue with Google and their internal stakeholders as well as the extended design team.
