Project Description
This development for Salesforce is one of the largest campus developments for a single occupier in Ireland’s history. The development was delivered over 4 buildings and brings the existing staff in Leopardstown and additional 1,500 staff they intend to hire all into one campus, ideally located in Dublin City Centre.
Ethos Input
Ethos have been appointed to deliver the full MEP design package for this development. Ethos were initially enlisted by Salesforce to evaluate the development and its suitability for Salesforce with their intended growth. Ethos conducted a Technical Due Diligence of the development and assisted in ensuring that the development will meet the standards set based on the shell and core designs.
In collaboration with the developer team, Ethos recommended and implemented latest standards in building sustainability which will ensure a future-proofed asset. Within the listed historical building, Ethos provided early engagement with the developer to ensure the basebuild services were designed and installed to suit future Salesforce needs. This has massively reduced strip-out and material wastage and avoids invasive works as part of the Salesforce fit-out.
Unique / Key Features
This development is one of the greenest and most energy efficient developments upon completion with LEED Platinum standards and Wired Platinum. All these certifications will ensure that the Salesforce ‘Ohana’ are in an environmentally friendly office space that provides a safe and comfortable working environment with extensive open spaces in this central location.
Central plant recommissioning was completed to ensure that it is operating while minimising energy usage
