Castleforbes is a visionary urban regeneration initiative located in the heart of Dublin’s docklands, at the intersection of Sheriff Street Upper and East Road. This development includes a 250-bed Premier Inn pursuing BREEAM Very Good Certification. Castleforbes enjoys excellent connectivity, with easy access by public transport, walking, or cycling. The hotel also features secure, spacious bicycle storage facilities, encouraging eco-friendly travel and supporting the development’s broader commitment to sustainability.

Ethos Engineering has been engaged to deliver mechanical, electrical, public health, and lift engineering services across the development.

As leaders in sustainable design, Ethos is also providing Environmentally Sustainable Design solutions to ensure systems align with NZEB compliance. In addition, Ethos is acting as the assessor for BREEAM, reinforcing the project’s commitment to achieving ambitious sustainability and wellness goals.
