Project Description:
Powerscourt Hotel Resort & Spa is located near the village of Enniskerry. Outstanding amongst luxury five star hotels in Ireland, Powerscourt Hotel is set amidst the scenic & historic Powerscourt Estate. This 198-room retreat features Palladian-style architecture with luxurious amenities including a 20m Swarovski crystal-lit indoor pool.

Ethos Input:
Ethos were commissioned by FKM to complete a comprehensive M&E Asset register and Condition Survey.

A detailed report was issued with recommendations and indicative budget costs for systems upgrades. In addition FCS witnessed demonstrations and technical commissioning of M&E systems to ensure optimum performance on the following;
