Masterplanning for Hyperscale Client

Project Description

This project, located in Frankfurt, Germany, is the masterplan for a 230MW campus comprising 5 data centre buildings powered by a 110kV substation. The project also required input and support with compliance with Germany's Federal Immission Control Act permitting requirements.

Ethos Input

Ethos provided complete mechanical and electrical design services directly for the hyperscale tenant and worked alongside the campus developer to create a design that met the client’s requirements. We engaged our local partners ZWP through the First Q network to provide localisation services.

Unique / Key Features

The masterplan for our build-to-suit tenant covered not just the site infrastructure, but also coordination to ensure the campus met the overall concept requirements for the client. The project was completed to German BImSchG Permitting requirements.
