Project Description
The project involved the redevelopment of the 1940s industrial Bolands Bakery building, which was subsequently redeveloped into the Treasury Building in the 1980’s and is now reimagined and developed as a 21st Century low-carbon building that will be home to some 1,100 new Google employees on completion. In addition, the fit out includes opening up into the adjoining Annex development to operate the Treasury and Annex as one building.
Ethos Input
Ethos are commissioned for the M&E Services for the Base Build Shell and Core of the Treasury Building and the M&E services for the Cat B fit out of the Treasury and adjoining Annex building. Ethos are also providing Purchaser Due Diligence for the Annex building and Monitoring M&E Engineer for its Base Build Shell & Core which is being developed by others.
