Project Description
140 Pembroke Road is a newly constructed and finished seven-story office 2,860m2 building. The design includes raised access floors with floor boxes wired for power, recessed LED light fittings, Access control, Security, full plumbing services, and air-conditioning throughout. High-speed lifts serve all levels, and a platform lift is available at Shelbourne Lane to allow access for building occupiers. A below-ground rainwater harvesting forms part of the water services, which provides reclaimed water to serve sanitary facilities, and high-efficiency external condensers serve office spaces throughout.
