High-speed lifts serve all levels, and a platform lift is available at Shelbourne Lane to allow access for building occupiers. A below-ground rainwater harvesting forms part of the water services, which provides reclaimed water to serve sanitary facilities, and high-efficiency external condensers serve office spaces throughout.

The lobbies, toilets, and common areas are fully finished with all office spaces completed to a Full CAT-A modern finish. There are shower facilities located at lower ground level adjacent to the bicycle parking facility.

140 Pembroke Road is conveniently located on Pembroke Road in Ballsbridge approximately 3 kilometres south of the city centre.
