Project Description
This project was a significant high-quality fit-out across two office buildings within the Gateway campus. The project has been fully designed and with Gateway Two and Three completed in September 2016 and Gateway One completed in November 2016. These buildings house 800 ESB staff from their existing Headquarters in Fitzwilliam Square.

Full MEP services including A/C, ventilation, water services, drainage, lighting and emergency lighting, infrastructure for security, IT and AV, general services, power and construction monitoring.
Unique / Key Features
This project was completed with extremely aggressive design and construction timelines to allow the client to vacate their existing Headquarters. There was close co-ordination required with the clients IT, Security and Facilities specialists in their existing HQ to ensure their corporate requirements were met for the project. A new main server room and 11 satellite comms rooms were provided with fully redundant A&B fibre rings installed between the buildings.
A full commercial grade kitchen was provided with in Gateway Three with canteen facilities for 300 staff. A common basement housed new generator rooms, staff shower/changing facilities and e-car charging points. Critical services were provided to Trading departments and ICT rooms.
Gateway Two also housed the main central security centre and also the main wind generation control centre for the country. A key challenge on this project was the scope to survey, decommission and relocate existing AV services from over 50 rooms from the Headquarter offices for redeployment to Gateway Two & Three
