Project Description

The DUB40 project is an 80MW data centre development in West Dublin, comprising two 40MW facilities on a single site.

Ethos Input

Ethos Engineering is delivering Mechanical and Electrical Design Services for this project, covering Stage 3 and Stage 4 Design. Ethos is also providing Design Management Services to ensure seamless delivery of the project on programme.

• Liquid Cooling solutions to allow for increased AI chip technology cooling loads.
• 26 No. Air Cooled Chillers per building, located externally, feeding Cooling Distribution Units in data halls and CRAH units to other spaces.
• Chilled and heating water systems (including chiller plant, heat pump plant, FCUs, and radiators) for technical rooms and office areas.
• Ventilation and humidity control systems.

Electrical Systems
• Redundant utility connections.
• 2 Independent MV distribution systems.
• 10 MV generators (per building).
