The project includes high-quality landscaping and dedicated car and bicycle parking, enhancing both convenience and sustainability. The demolition of existing structures on the site will make way for this innovative project, addressing the critical need for modern housing in Dublin while contributing to the city’s ongoing regeneration efforts.

Through the implementation of efficient systems and sustainable design principles, we prioritise occupant comfort while supporting the development’s long-term environmental goals.

Unique / Key Features

The project is currently in the construction phase. The design stage of all residential buildings is certified with a BREEAM Very Good certification level and is undergoing a post-construction BREEAM assessment.

• Apartments – exhaust air heat pumps, LED lighting and intelligent controls throughout.
• All residents have access to a 1,000kg lift to facilitate the safe moving of furniture.
• All apartments are sprinklered.
• Enterprise Offices – provision for VRF/split system air conditioning for office spaces.
