Project Description:
Ethos Engineering are the M&E Consultants for Blanchardstown Shopping Centre Extension. The extension was divided into three projects:

Yellow Mall - Size: 47,694m2
Includes: Multiple shop types and food and beverage provision incl central food court, Cinema, Leisure Plex and Ancillary areas – service corridors, toilets etc.

Central Mall - Size: 4,320m2
Includes: Keeping multiple existing shop units operational during the construction of the Central Mall extension to cater for 3no. new major retail units on Levels 2 & 3 and 1no. retail unit on Level 1.

Red Mall: Size: 7,050m2
Includes: Keeping multiple existing shop units operational during the construction of the Red Mall extension to cater for new two level major shop unit and a number of new smaller retail units on Level 2 where the floor plate of the shopping centre will also be extended.
