At Ethos we’re proud to say that we listen to our people.

In a recent survey 92% of our people highlighted the need for more flexibility in our approach to work. We're thrilled to say that we are leading the way and shaping what the future of work looks like at Ethos Engineering, and potentially within our industry.

From May 2022, we are introducing a 9 Day Fortnight. Every second Friday from 13th May ‘22, will be a Free Day, enabling the Ethos team the opportunity to manage their work/life balance more effectively.

We believe that energised and happy people will lead to greater engineering wow and higher client satisfaction.
