Ethos Engineering Acquires SimStudio to Expand European Presence

We’re delighted to announce our acquisition of SIMSTUDIO International Consultants, a Netherlands-based firm that is highly complementary to our business and who are a long standing delivery partner.

This acquisition will further enhance our offering to clients across all our business areas, including data centres which is one of the key markets for SimStudio.

SimStudio is a leading specialist in advanced computer simulations that support the design of buildings (and other industries) through cutting-edge computational fluid dynamics. It has experience across industries, in areas including data centre cooling, sustainability, cleanrooms, indoor climate, fire safety and R&D support.

This transaction is part our strategy to expand our service offering, accelerate our growth and geographic reach following the investment we received from Exponent last year.
