Internship Program - Electrical Engineer
Ethos Engineering is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Electrical Engineering Interns to join our dynamic team. As an Electrical Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of electrical engineering within the building services industry. This internship program is designed to provide aspiring electrical engineers with exposure to real-world projects and mentorship from industry professionals.

Job Description: Internship Program – Electrical Engineering
Location: Dublin (office-based) - Wybrid Working
Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Building Services or similar
Candidate Attributes
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Must be based in Ireland.
Strong academic record with a focus on electrical engineering coursework.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and engineering tools.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Strong desire to pursue a career in the building services industry.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical System Design: Assist in the design, analysis, and documentation of electrical systems for building projects, including power distribution, lighting, and low voltage systems.
Technical Analysis: Conduct research and analysis of electrical engineering principles and applications to support project requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers and project managers to contribute to the successful completion of projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.
Documentation: Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, reports, and project documentation.
Quality Control: Participate in quality assurance processes, reviewing designs and calculations for accuracy and compliance.
Field Experience: Gain hands-on experience by visiting project sites, participating in inspections, and troubleshooting electrical systems.

Conduct research to support engineering decisions.
