Following the successful rebrand launch in Q3 2021, we want to continue our task to raise the profile of Ethos both on a National and International level through various channels, along with supporting our Data Centre, Urbanism, Digital Services, Global Tech, Sustainability groups, whilst also ensuring we are all on brand.

About the Role – Copywriter & Digital Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Department is one of the new support structures in Ethos. Setup in December 2020 and following the successful rebrand launch and all that encompasses Engineering Wow is exciting. Being a small team, the ideal candidate has the opportunity to get all-round hands-on experience, now you can really showcase your passion for copywriting and creativity to create some awesome content for print and social.
Candidate Attributes
Have a can-do attitude with exceptional communication skills.
Proficient with various tools/software relevant to social media marketing
Excellent organisational agility to include strong time management skills and the ability to take action and manage a high volume of workload when required.
Ability to meet strict deadlines.
Personal effectiveness
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with changing priorities.
Attention to detail with a results focused attitude is important.
Be self-motivated, diligent, responsive, responsible, accountable, and resilient.
Key Knowledge
Experience in Bid / Business Development or Marketing.
Good IT skills covering Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience of InDesign an advantage
Sound knowledge of Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing and Advertising
Key Activities
Creative Copywriting
External Comms
Write original copy and content for a range of Ethos marketing and
communications materials not limited to but including – award submissions, external client emails, project sheets, website, social media content and suite of brochures.Working closely with all teams to support delivery of campaigns in line with business objectives – i.e. People & Talent Campaigns / Events
Internal Comms
Plan & coordinate internal communications ‘5 for Friday’, to ensure all teams are aware of what is happening internally.
Develop copy for internal campaigns across the business
Digital
Working closely with Marketing Team to develop social media calendar.
Working with our digital agency, to develop and implement search & display campaigns and report on performance.
Monthly reporting of Ethos website performance to support and inform future strategy.
Support in managing Ethos content across all social media platforms.
BID Support
Working alongside the Bid Manager to produce Bid & Marketing materials such as Project Profiles and Updating CV’s.
Assist in Bid proposals as required.
General
Support in the planning and roll out of annual marketing plans.
Ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Support with Event planning and management
