About the Role – Associate
The Associate will have an opportunity to work on a range of projects throughout EMEA and be a key member of the Global Tech Management Team. As an Associate you are a problem-solver, applying current technologies and exercise independent technical judgement in your day-to-day work. You lead project teams, are Client facing and take responsibility for the successful delivery of your projects.

Role Requirements

Champion Collaboration between M&E
Recognised expert within the sector
Manages a team of engineers in the delivery of multiple large-scale projects in parallel
Conscious of the shadow they cast: Leads a high-performing team of engineers by setting the correct example to the team; attending and leading group calls, attending the office on assigned days, championing QA, and always meeting project deadlines in a controlled manner.
Responsible for team motivation as well as support and guidance of team members. Keeps a finger on the pulse of their group by means of monthly 1-2-1s and informal communication.
Monitors the performance of their team members. Sets out and manages the development of their team members including training needs and action planning for poor performance
Works to minimise costs within the Global Tech Group.
Helps manage overall Global Tech Group resources including outsourcing to third parties
Assists in procuring new work including feeding intel back into the Global Tech Group Management Team
Champions and promotes innovation at all levels within the Global Tech Group
Promotes positive message internally and externally about the Ethos Global Tech Group
Accountable for the flow of information to external parties
Invests own time in fostering relationships with external business associates
Understands the terms and conditions within a contract and works within these parameters
Has a good understanding of client’s needs, and puts effort in developing trust and rapport.

Reviewing technical designs of new clients to ensure that designs & scope are fully understood by Ethos design teams.
Conducting market research and evaluating new trends and new products and their functions within the industry.
Collaborating with the vendors engineering teams on product feasibility for new projects.
Presenting new trends to internal Ethos teams and Client’s engineering teams for evaluation.
Assisting in redesigning existing client designs to enhance functionality or reduce costs.
Increases company brand awareness e.g. by sharing thoughts on LinkedIn
