11/12 Duke Street, 52 Dawson Street

We were commissioned by D2 Private to carry out the refurbishment landlord works to the existing Graham O'Sullivan buildings on 11/12 Duke Street and 52 Dawson Street.

We originally designed the refurbishment landlord works so that the buildings could be sublet by many tenants. However, before construction began, the Italian style cafe chain "Carluccios" sublet the entire building from D2 Private.

We revised our refurbishment landlord design to ensure that the building complied with the current fire regulations and liaised with the public utiliy companies and local authorities so that we met with Carluccios requirements.
