Park Village is a 940,000 square foot mixed use development located in Sandyford in South County Dublin. The development consists of;

• 215,000 square feet of commercial space
• 100,000 square foot anchor retail unit
• 400 high specification apartments
• 1800 car spaces
• Civic amenities

The development also incorporates a number of civic amenities including two crèches, restaurants, a gym and a 24 hour concierge.

The site is serviced by a central energy centre at basement level which will include two Combined Heat & Power (CHP) units and a biomass boiler.

A heat exchanger and energy meter will be fitted to each individual apartment to provide the potential sale of energy through an ESCo.
