Beacon South Quarter
Sandyford, Dublin 18, Ireland
Beacon South Quarter is a 121,000 square metre mixed use development located in Sandyford in Dublin 18.
The development consists of over 23,000 square metres of retail outlets, 1,100 high specification apartments, 2,300 car spaces and a vibrant cultural centre.
At the heart of the cultural centre of Beacon South Quarter is Imaginosity. Imaginosity is a 3 storey interactive children’s museum built on stilts over the main plaza pond and fountain.
In the design of the mechanical and electrical services systems for this development we utilised the latest technical design software including IES building modelling to determine the development thermal loads, and Revit 3D modelling for clash detection and M&E services co-ordination.
