Teagasc Office and Conference Facility

Teagasc Oak Park, Carlow

The project involved the extension to the existing listed Teagasc Oak Park Facility, with a new 1200m² reception area, conference room, canteen and office facility. The existing building and new extension are served from a biomass installation, incorporating biomass boiler, wood chip fuel store and delivery conveyor.

The biomass boiler is designed to burn wood chip and miscanthus grass, which Teagasc are currently growing on site to harvest as a primary source of fuel.

Full mechanical and electrical designs have been completed to our clients requirements up to tender stage, with site supervision to completion of the project.
