The Iveagh Building

The Park, Carrickmines, Dublin 18.

The Iveagh Building at the Park in Carrickmines is a 5,000 square metre office building. The building features three office floors over ground floor retail space.

The office floors are centred around an atrium which over looks the ground floor retail concourse. The retail spaces include a bar, restaurants and convenience outlets.

The buildings façade makes use of brise soleil and low solar transmittance glazing to reduce solar gains into the working spaces and hence the requirement for air conditioning.

The central atrium incorporates large opening sections for fire/smoke venting which is utilised to provide natural ventilation to the concourse. The façade also provides louvered sections to allow tenants incorporate natural ventilation into the fit-out of the office floors.
