CPD Accreditation
In order for us to work effectively with our clients our engineers need to attain the highest level of technical expertise and also excellent business & personnel skills. Management work closely with each staff member to provide a comprehensive programme of engineering learning & development suitably structured for each member of staff.
In addition to formal structured learning and development activities we also recognise the value and importance of ongoing on-the-job training.
We are currently undergoing the Engineers Ireland CPD accreditation programme and require all technical staff to achieve a minimum of 40 hours training per annum. The company fully supports and encourages this requirement for continuous professional learning & development.
